The Root Seven Document Manager allows shared access of an organized library of files. Multiple permissions levels allow you to limit access to the admin site for intranet use only, to specific customers on purchase or special priviledge, to registered customers who've verified their email address, or to all visitors. Login is required, and documents can only be downloaded in an active session on our site, so distributing links will not distribute access to the files. Appropriate files are scanned for keywords to populate your site's search library, but just about any type of file can be stored here.
Our new interface is easier and faster to use, and fits within your screen to eliminate scrolling to get to different parts of the form. More information is available, including a description of the document to save a click when searching for information. Also the number of times viewed, last view, file size and date modified are available. |
